Dr. Terrence Malloy, former Chairman of Urology at U Penn, and past president of the American Urologic association, hosted the meetings, and concluded: "We are very fortunate to have with us the man that is singularly responsible for introducing HIFU to North America, Dr. George Suarez. " He further stated: "HIFU represents the greatest technologic development in the specialty of Urology that I have ever seen in his career as a Urologist".

I am one of Dr. Suarez's recent patients and was amazed at this doctor's availability and total knowledge and openness obout prostate cancer. Much of what I found on the internet did not make sense to me as an informed patient.
The whole procedure was well planned and though I am still in the recovery period I am super pleased with HIFU and Dr. Suarez.
For me waiting it out with the cancer was not an option but a gamble. The risks associated with the other options also seemed like too much of a risk.
Only the future will tell but I am very glad at this point that I went with Dr. Suarez and HIFU.
